Workouts will be personalized to fit your specific needs and goals. Kevin’s training style focuses on functional strength movements while incorporating important core, balance, & mobility work. He will guide you through each step, making you feel comfortable while also giving you that extra push you need to get it done.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Set up a free 25min consultation call with Kevin to go over your health/injury history, talk through your fitness & wellness goals, and get a chance to ask Kevin any questions you might have before getting started.

  • We’ll then decide what location makes the most sense to train together, and Kevin will begin designing your personalized training program for you.

  • Every workout will have a brief warm-up, functional strength, mobility, balance, & cardio exercises, as well as a cooldown or recommended at-home stretching.

  • When working with Kevin, you will have access to him whenever via text or email to answer any questions.
