I believe in finding ways to incorporate movement into your daily life in a way that you enjoy. When you train with me, you can expect a fun & safe environment where you can be held accountable.

My fitness journey didn't start out smoothly. I wasn't interested in going to the gym and found it intimidating. It felt like a chore and something to check off my to-do list. However, when I discovered yoga and powerlifting, it became one of my favorite things to look forward to daily.

I am a 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher & NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 5+ years of experience. Recently, I was recognized by Atlanta Magazine as Best of Atlanta 2023 - “Best Personal Trainer." I am the Head Trainer for Armourbody in Atlanta.

Clients appreciate my personalized approach to motivation, focus on proper form, and ability to adjust exercises to accommodate different fitness levels or injuries.

I used to work in the busy corporate world for 3+ years, so I understand the struggle of finding time to work out regularly and enjoy it. We’ll work together to incorporate exercise and movement into your daily life in a way that truly works for you!

Outside of training, I love to hike, play video & board games, and am a massive fan of the show Survivor. I’m an absolute nerd paired with a passion for health & fitness. You can find me staying active trying out new poses on the yoga mat, in the mud at a Spartan race, or trudging through all 3 legs of a triathlon.
