Tired of workouts feeling like a chore? New to the gym? Frustrated with a lack of results? You're not alone. I’ve been there—and I’ve built a personal training approach that has changed that for myself & 100s of clients to-date.

I’m Kevin, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher. Voted “Best Personal Trainer in Atlanta” by Atlanta Magazine in 2023 and 2024, I help busy professionals & parents like you fall in love with movement—whether that’s strength training, conditioning, mobility or a combination of those.

My training style blends structure and customization. You'll get a customized fitness plan, real accountability, and a welcoming environment where progress—not perfection—is the goal. You won't be perfect every day, but I will hold you accountable to reaching your goals - big or small.

Currently, I'm accepting personal training clients at The Training Room in Virginia Highlands, Venture CrossFit in West Midtown, or I can travel to your home or apartment gym if you’re in the ATL area. Wherever we train, you’ll get high-quality coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

I know what it’s like to work long hours and struggle to find time for your health—that was my life for over 3 years as a corporate strategy consultant. With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in helping clients integrate sustainable movement into their lives in a way that works for them.

When I’m not training clients or leading group classes at The Training Room or Armourbody, you’ll find me competing in HYROX races, running Spartan races, geeking out over Survivor, or gaming. At the end of the day, fitness should be challenging—but it should also be you look forward to.
